The PSOne version. Confirmed by an Atlus rep later on in the thread.
He said there's an upcoming PSBlog entry detailing why the PSP version COULDN'T (not didn't) happen.

Actually not all PSOne Classics are compatible with Vita for some reason (the one FF title that isn't is the one that I have; FFV fml).
So I wouldn't be positive that this will work on Vita.
