I dunno.... I thought the way The World Ends With You would handle it the same with Mithos. Joshua rains down ANGELS AND BEAMS OF LIGHT AND FLOATS. I'm thinking they'd handle Mithos in the same pretentious "no, I'm not suspicious" way.
I thought Asch was really underplayed, I acutally don't know who else I'd ask for, but it would have been nice if he was, literally, more of a team player.
I wish Destiny had a Swordian flashback where you can play as them.

Eternia: Roen or Ayla because of unused voice samples
Destiny 2: Whats-her-face Rimul or maybe old man Kongman
Symphonia: Temp Mithos or I guess Yuan works too. Good guy Forcystus in my dreams. Tabitha fighting like Sophie?
Rebirth: Don't know if there's story restrictions, but Milhaust seems like that guy who would become playable in a remake
Legendia: Mimi (through sidequest) Bantam Bouncers?
Abyss: Ion, Noelle, Temp Van, redeemed Largo
Innocence: I dunno, haven't played it
Vesperia: One of the hunting blades, Yeager, Schwann brigade for lulz
Hearts: I guess P & B
Graces: Aston as a zombie, Frederick, Kurt, Fourier, Victoria, anyone really

Abyss: General Frings. I would LOVE to have him as a playable character.
Vesperia: Don Whitehorse. He is SO overpowered when you fight him. If it's possible to beat him in that one-on-one fight, must take a long time.
