You can dream, but the probability of this happening is... well, not favorable.

Just stop thinking about it. If one day they decide to do it, then we'll all be shocked.

Guys, is the service of Namco Games got down?
What I mean is that they make better games before.
I'm referring to games with 2 or more dubs and subs.

One good example is "Eternal Sonata / Trusty Bell".
With English / Japanese sub / dub, I enjoy it more.

But, is it possible for the translators to make a subtitle patch and place it at PS-Store?

Well, it's out in Europe too if you'd need a PAL version.

Need to wait for another year to study Nihonggo(Japanese language). We have foreign language subject next year. But, we also got feedbacks from other students before, that this prof is bad at translation and pronounciation...

Don't learn a language just to play a game. That's an awful idea.

But, what's the point of playing a game, which I can't understand its language?

I like stories. I know that this game is very great. I watched "The First Strike". And now, I want to continue it by playing this. I don't want to see walkthrough at YouTube.
I really want to play this. And, the really only way to do that is to buy X360.

I don't mind if I don't see the blonde little pirate character that's exclusive to PS3 version.

Look at the bright side. If you learn Japanese, you won't have to wait for those fan subs when watching anime!
