I remember GameStop having the release date listed as October 10, 2006. Namco had only announced "Fall 2006" before then, and it turned out that GameStop was right. I think there were a couple other retailers who had the date as well but I can't remember right now.

I played the demo of Ni no Kuni, it wasn't THAT good. I mean it's not bad, but it's not "OMG I MUST BUY NOW", so I will be hyped for ToX regardless of it's release.
But, who knows, maybe it'll be released in March, just like ToGf! That would be great, because my bday is in March!

No, they told us 2013, but they weren't really sure. It might be 2014 at this rate; 2013 is slipping right past us and we haven't heard a date yet!!!

"Baba is in San Fran for a private event for the development of TOX in NA today! Apparently it’s also the 15th year anniversary of when a Tales game (Destiny-1998) was released in west!"
Maybe time for a release date soon?

well actually Xillia was marketed as the 15th anniversary title in Japan, but it released almost an entire year later. So maybe they want to do that with US too and release one year after the 15th anniversary.

It's quite better if someone is pessimistic, or at least don't expect THAT much. That way, you'll not get severely disappointed if they kinda mess up something. On the same hand, if they manage to surpass your lowly expectatives, now that is something great.
