You'll have a hard time finding that show anyway because it's licensed by FUNimation, who actually have the scratch to send out C&Ds. The only place you're gonna find it is on general piracy websites; anime-focused ones won't touch it.
Also, the second season just came out on blu-ray and DVD five days ago, so cool your jets; dual-audio for it didn't even EXIST until this week. FUNi had the first season for ages because they got it from Geneon after Geneon's western branch gave up the ghost...Why they decided to pursue it now is anybody's guess, but yeah, seasons past the first one are actually a recent acquisition.

That said, buy the anime dvds when they are released in your country. Or at least watch the dubbed ones.

I find this funny for a forum that runs on 2003 technology, has an unchanged banner, lost an entire year of post history, has no staff besides lunar and...so many other issues.
How this forum didn't fall into total anarchy is beyond me.

I was on AIM with Lunar a while ago and once asked him if everyone just started posting porn tomorrow what would happen, and he basically said it would take Namco like a year to notice **** was going down.

My collection isn't nearly as extensive yet (no longer current but it's only missing the first half of Moribito). Then again I mostly collect video games and I didn't pad it with non-animu stuff.
As for the actual topic at hand, try here. Yes, even if all you want is the DVDs it's $80 because FUNi is packing both the DVDs and Blu-Rays together to inflate the price a little.
It could be much, much worse, but thankfully FUNi isn't Aniplex USA.
If you live outside the US or Canada where you can't even watch these due to region locking then, uh, afraid we can't help you.
