Reminds me of the people who say evolution contradicts the second law of thermodynamics. How long did they sit up trying to think of a smart-sounding excuse not to change your views?

I don't understand how banning the gay conversion therapy itself stifling anti-homosexual speech.

The law specifically targets therapies that seek to change an individual's sexuality. In theory, couldn't a therapist who believes homosexuality is normal carry out this therapy on someone? So just how does it inhibit a therapist from voicing a particular view?
It's essentially the dumb repeated "YOU'RE SUPPRESSING OUR RIGHT TO SUPPRESS THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND FORCE OUR UNSUBSTANTIATED VIEW OF [subject] ON THEM" which is total and utter cock. It's claiming that a person's "viewpoints" of homosexuality, despite whatever evidence presented against, gives them the right to impose their crap onto other people. Which it goddamn goes not. They even pull a "rights of parents" defense which is just as sheer bologna and just as terrible as the 1st amendment defense. This is not free speech, it is not religious freedom, it is not the rights and parents. What a load of crap.

What's getting me is that they claim the method used to determine the therapy as unfit is "scientifically-incomplete" which is inane rhetoric for either trying to push the bar of standards of evidence, which is still complete nonsense, or claiming the due process was not scientific. In the latter case, I would also be angry about it because groups that fund poor studies and research for the purpose of pushing their original idea, even if the cause is good, is utterly despicable. If you really want to take your goal seriously then you do a proper job of it from the beginning.

Of course, it's also assuming that the therapy itself is scientifically justified. You know it's a huge mountain of ******** when the therapy itself is completely unsubstantiated in its effectiveness yet the people that want to keep it are complaining that the processes used to ban it for demonstrated harm were "scientifically incomplete". I eagerly await the total stomping of this asshat.

Pos: One of the questions in my physics final was Futurama themed. Farnsworth ran various tests on one of Bender's arms, and you had to use the results to find things like its thermal conductivity, linear expansion coefficient, etc to determine if he really was 40% titanium.

On the same final, the professor had crossed out most of the wrong answers in the multiple choice extra credit section and replaced them with "Happy Holidays".

I will be taking classes taught by this guy again.

for some reason episode 5b seems to scream shy link
i cant explain it
but the animation shift

and the end was surprisingly nice lmao

Curi says:
JUST WATCH

I don't know if I should be more confused by Curi thinking a story about a middle aged guy being forced to drink until he pukes when all he wanted was to please his daughter on her birthday would appeal to me...

Or by the fact that she was right.

It'll prolly come out around the same time as when people finally find out who would win in a fight: Goku or Superman.

None of them would win. They would both lose to Albedo.
