Speaking of Rebirth Crusader, is it's power preset, determined by Ludger's "Gun Attack", or something else?
I only started using it once I got Ludger's (Fell Arm?) so I couldn't tell if I made it overpowered or if it was already overpowered since I completely devastated the bosses in the EX Dungeon with it.

To be honest. , I wasn't upset about the recycling of old ones at all. They changed their lines more to fit their characters after the time lapse. Plus the sound effects in this game are different. And Jude actually sounds decent during his, instead of going hahyahhahyahayahhah! the entire time.
As for the Dual Hi-ougis, all of them are based on stats of the person's associated weapons, as far as I am concerned.
Twin swords: Jude, Gaius, Muse
Hammer: Leia, Elise
Dual Guns: Milla, Alvein, Rowen
All of them are elementless and weaponless in their damage dealt, so no super effective or reduce to have to worry about, but damage will still be increased by super effective combo bonus.
The ones more associated with magic tend to do the most damage, from what I have seen though, except for Alvein because he has so much crit bonuses.

i recently doing hi-ougi damage test, with 2x damage+fell arms max and from what i know, Rebirth Crusader have the highest damage of all |

From what I've seen, I think Bullet Crucifixion does the most damage when stats are maxed out with everyone. But Rebirth Crusader is RIGHT behind it. Bullet Crucifixion did around 12million damage, while Rebirth Crusader did around 10 million. Rowen and Leia being close with around 9million each, Jude and Musee being close behind with 8 million. Elise and Gaius at the bottom with around 4million only.
Bullet Crucifixion probably has a chance to do more damage because its damage is focused more into less hits, so random criticals have more of an affect on the damage in the end, and Alvein has more critical abilities, so they come more often for more damage, expecially if the last hit which does most of the damage happens to crit. Milla's does more hits with less damage, so random crits are less impactful.
But where did you farm all those kills for that Fel Arm? geez lol

just test again, on the same enemy (easy mode, early enemy) bullet crucifixion only do arround 7 million damage, while rebirth crusader on the video link above did arround 10million damage

Just what I have seen, but i cannot confirm specifics, so I will take your results as more true.
But I wonder if there is a "bug" with gun-based hi-ougis with the damage calculation, since gunshots definitely do less damage than twin sword slashes, even with teh triburst abilities equipped. And that reduction is forgotten when the damage calculation for the hi-ougi is activated, or it wasn't included and just took the straight stat and put it into the algorithm without reducing it due to the mulitple small shots doing less damage.
OR this is just me trying to sound smart with something I really have no idea about due to not being able to experiment personally.
