Hey, in America this happens a lot. You get carded for booze, Sudafed, lottery tickets and cigs until they think you look 40.

Pos: I decided to come back for a bit!

Neg: I haven't started on any of my homework
Neg: I came back at a bad time...,.,......
Neg: I found one of my old drawings on here oh no.
Neg: That's a lot of negatives.

22 is not an unreasonable age to still be dependent on your parents/guardians. I'm still dependent on mine and I'm 20, but I intend to pay them back and let them take it easy once I'm steady on my feet.

I'm 22 as of April and I'm still dependent on mine.

I know it's nothing to be proud of, but it's nothing to be ashamed of either. Sometimes these things just happen. Just keep trying and you'll get there. I'm working toward that point as well. >_>b

This is pretty much meeeeeee.

Also, I'm still dependent on my parents at 20, and I think they would take it personally if I asked not to be tbh. I don't think it's anything to be ashamed of. Your parents are there to help you. *shrug*

It's only after moving away than you get to truly appreciate what your parents did for you.

Trust me, I speak from experience.

Currently 22 and still at home. Considering the economy and employment rates, there isn't a real need to feel bad about still being at home.

Well I guess it's not that bad but my stepmom is abusing unemployment. I love Obama but I hope he doesnt extend unemployment benefits for people like her. She pretends to look for a job so she can keep getting it. She was offered a job and turned it down our of laziness.

I didn't really want to post this but Nero and I were hoping to get married in June of 2013. I need to prove to be able to support myself and another. Without public funds. Which leads to the fact I'm getting a planet fitness membership so I can do the police exam ASAP.

That's pretty terrible of your stepmom to do...

Congrats about your engagement! So if I get this right, it's work at job now -> get gym membership -> get in shape for police test -> become an officer -> move out <-> get married? (uh, if this is getting too personal you don't have to answer)

So assuming Nero also has/gets a stable job, I don't see why you can't get an apartment together until/unless you plan to get a house at some point. It sounds pretty feasible, you've got this! You just need to have a little faith in yourself and him.

Its okay, you're on the right track Belle, everyone's right, my sister just got her house together with her husband and they are married for four years, they were living in a parent's house until then. (that was mostly because of family things though, she would have loved to find an apartment before the house I'm sure) but it did help them save!

It depends all on your situation I guess, I feel kind of bad but also not, I'll be dependent on my parents until at LEAST I finish undergrad, I may get a job when I'm doing graduate depending on how the program is, possibly co-op so that may be taken care of, but worst case I'll be dependent on them to some level until my later years of graduate or until I finish that and get a job. They tell me not to feel bad since I'm getting skills and stuff for the future, and I think its the same for you, you're working and saving up, you're doing all you can so I think rather than feel bad its better to know that you're trying your best and that's all that can be done, and you're following what you want to do.

Also Congratulations!!

I'll probably be dependant on my parents for awhile since I'm not allowed to move out.

NEG: TotA: Gloomietta TPK'd me on Hard at Choral Castle.
FICK: TotA: Gloomietta barely scratched me on Normal at Choral Caste...

wth?

Sword Dancer on normal: walk in the park.
Am I not supposed to be level 19 at this point ( 21 after SD ) when fighting bosses on normal?

I get these on my big toes all the freaking time. So much so that I'm constantly monitoring them and cutting them back as soon as I notice them becoming ingrown. If you let them get bad enough it's just an all-around terrible experience.

The one I have now is on the same toe I had one on a few weeks ago. It kind of went away on it's own, but now it's back. I dunno if it's the nail being long that is causing it though, because it's at the base of the nail. I'm trying to slowly pull the skin and nail away from each other but it hurts like a *****. I've also tried soaking it in warm/hot water since I hear that is supposed to help. I just don't want to need surgery... =/
