He's kinda gonna have to be the equivalent of Primal Dialga, having gone batshit crazy after the Time Gear near his home has been stolen, and thus can't show up until a Gear is stolen. That okay?

It'll be nice to give the other villian to give someone to talk to. (Although the other villian's intentions are not so pure) XD

Also, if I claim a Tales character, can they be on the opposite side that they're normally on? (for example, having Dhaos be a good guy or Colette a bad guy (all hypothetical, of course))

Sure, since it's sorta like VS in a sense, where some characters don't follow the main story that they were given in the mothership and escort games, it's not unlikely at all for some characters to be different. As long as it's in their personality to allow it.

I mean look at Mithos. (Who is claimed by SAL) =P
