Yeah, I'm not entirely sure what's happening here, and glancing through the sub-forum, I don't think I've seen a similar case. Basically, every once in a while, the layout(format? appearance?) of the forum kind of craps up on me and I have no clue whether it's just me or what.
A-like so.
And here's another screenshot.
Any help or information would be most appreciated.

Happened to me a few times as well when the page is loading. I am sure it is nothing to worry about really.

Wow that hasn't happened to me since 2006. I'd say it has something to do with just loading the page incorrectly, like with a connection-related issue.

The second one has never occurred to me but the first..well it's been awhile like Jazzeh said it's just the page not loading correctly/completely.

Yes, but it happens over EVERY page I go to. Not just the one. So even now, the format is still like this.

It has happened to me before. Usually, it happens when I have bad connection issues. It's usually just the page loading slow.
