I will not even surprised if it turns out that 1. Everyone hates this show or 2. Everyone doesn't even know what it is.

Mostly a show based on Mr. Shuster, a Spanish teacher who took over the Glee club, and the bunch of social misfits who've joined. The show is a musical variety that takes on new versions new songs (and sometimes showtunes) or even the occasional mash-up.

I've really enjoyed it thus far. Just interested if anyone else on the forums has been watching it.

Last thread we had about this show, I think everyone was waiting to see if it would bomb after Fox spent like a bajillion dollars making it and promoting it.

I don't watch Fox, so idunno.

Oh damn, I didn't even know there was another thread about it. >_>

It is depressing that Fox is the one promoting it since Fox is terrible, but the show is addictive. And plays off cliche's really well.

I love Glee :3

I can't really describe why I like it though, a majority of the characters are dislikable, and the writing can be very poor at times (LOLFAKEPREGNANCY), but it's just so addicting and fun :3

Yup, someone who understands so much. I find Kurt to be really likeable, but he's one of the very few to be developed so far. Finn, Rachel, Quinn and Shuster are the only ones to get any real development (or most screen time), and even though Finn's an idiot

That, and there are a few that have been in broadway, and I love the songs.

It almost makes me feel bad for liking this show, but it's so addicting somehow.

kind of

I found the show incredibly boring, so I didn't think most people would like it

I mean I fell asleep during the first episode (though I guess that isn't hard for me to do, but still)

Kurt and Finn would be the best pairing ever lol. I think Artie and Mercedes need more screen time, they're some of my favorites <3 I used to think that way about Tina, but then after Wheels I was like "GTFO"

It's unfortunate how Kurt practically doesn't stand a chance. ): Kurt's one of my favourites so far, but I do agree that Artie and Mercedes need more screen time. I mean, Artie got a whole episode dedicated to him, yet he didn't get much out of it.

And I can no longer like Tina after wheels. She just seems so...attention-needy now. ):

So this episode was pretty good, though I was SO hoping Quinn would let it slip about the baby to Shuster, but I was thoroughly disappointed. The scene with singing with the other school was nice. And of course, Sue's back to being the ice queen now, she was too nice for too long apparantly.

I grew up on a ridiculous amount of Van Halen, so they better not blow "Jump" on the next episode. Especially since that's my favourite. ):

I like how Quinn filling out isn't like, stereotypical or overdramatized so far too, it's subtle, and more realistic. I'm really growing to like her more and more, but she still pisses me off not telling Finn the truth.

I was disappointed with the use of Papa Don't Preach in context, I think it could have been used a lot better then the way it was. I'm curious as to what happened to the whole deal that Push It was so horrible, and yet the prison sluts came on stage and basically gyrated their hips and tossed their hair (aka Shakira style [love u shaki <3]). Like, there are so many subplots that DESPERATELY need to be addressed.

like Emma's marriage, Sue's sister

Also, am I alone in NOT understanding at all why Will married Terri? like seriously, is there logic?

Oh my God, Push was so horrible. Seriously. I don't know why they tried that.

But Kurt: "In short, she looked like a ho." Best line in the episode, right there.

I personally really disliked her at first, but she's really starting to grow on me. But yeah, she needs to tell Finn already, it's just getting cruel, especially with how much he cares about the baby already. ('Stand by Me')

Emma's been shown a couple of times, so why aren't they addressing what happened with her? And yeah, why the principal was like, "Lol it's okay I don't care" for bringing in that school, yet they can't perfom like that is beyond me. It is seriously like they forgot. >_>

I don't even think there's any logic behind that anymore. She's so freaking terrible.

I love Kurt, he amuses me. I was more amused by Finn's "You look like a sad clown" comment to her, though.

^"sad clown hooker" wasn't it XD?

This show is definitely bad at keeping track of it's subplots. The only thing it really keeps track of is it's overarching plots. And lets not forget how every single episode starts with "I HAVE OUR NEW PIECE FOR SECTIONALS LOL" and the songs ended up being Don't Stop Believing, Proud Mary and True Colors LOL
