Weapon(s): A pair of theater masks (i.e., the Greek Comedy/Tragedy masks) that were altered into a form of weaponry. Unlike normal masks of this kind, which are made of wood, the ones Zeke uses are built from iron, a rather inefficient material if they were to be used regularly as actual masks, though appropriate for his purposes. Essentially, the edges of the bottom half of the masks have been whetted down until they are as sharp as blades and hand grips have been added to the insides of the masks right under the mouths for holding. Thus, the masks can be used in a manner similar to artificial claws used for battle, though relying more on slicing than piercing. The masks are painted gold, though some of the color has worn off and a very small area of rust has begun to form in one of the open areas on the tragedy mask. They also prove to be somewhat useful defenses if he raises them as a shield.
Alternately, Zeke also carries a holster of throwing knives on his belt. They are simple weapons, nothing special, though with the usual use of his magic (See Magical Skills), they can be quite deadly with their speed and general accuracy. Usually, he does his best to recollect the knives after use, but occasionally they are lost or too rusted to be reused, thus resulting in a rather large difference in quality of the knives that he has.
Appearance: Despite usually being out in the sun, Zeke has extremely pale skin that, when looked at in conjunction with his white hair, would almost make him albino if it were not for his hauntingly blue eyes. He has a limber and thin body, not very appropriate for heavy-lifting, but perfect for climbing and fitting into small holes and the like. His hair is of medium-length, with a hacked-up look instead of a neat cut since he uses his masks to cut it himself, and is pushed back so that they are somewhat spiky on the back of his head. The rest of his face is rather bony, as if if had been chiseled by a person who understood human aesthetics but was not too sure on how to make a statue of a person.
He wears the off-white shirt so popular with pirates, though the sleeves of his are cut just above the elbows. He wears a pair of specially crafted boots that have blades that stick out just enough that he can skate on ice, but not enough to hamper his walking too much. His faded blue trousers cover the tops of the boots, stopping just above the ankles. A leather belt holds the pants up, as well as carrying the pegs on which Zeke places his masks, his knives holster, and a pouch of tobacco along with a pipe, which he can often be seen smoking while doing nothing, or even in a rather dull fight. He wears a pair of leather gloves to protect his hand if he accidentally grabs the bladed parts of his knives or masks.
Personality: If you were to look at Zeke's face when interacting with him, you would believe he was a stoic as his facial expressions rarely change, appearing even to be frozen as it is; however, looking at his eyes, would quickly relieve you of the belief, as they are one of the most active and emotional pair of eyes that can be found, reflecting his feelings so well that you would forgive him for not letting the rest of his face do much of anything. At times when the feelings are dramatic enough, he will actually take the appropriate mask from his belt and hold it in front of his face to display his joy or despair.
On a basic level, Zeke gives off a rather lazy appearance, seeming not to do nor wanting to do much of anything other than sit around yelling insults and smoking his pipe. Indeed, he often complains when requested to do something, and will grumble as he does it. He is, however, extremely efficient, accomplishing most tasks far faster than the general populace would be able to, much to the confusion of people who have known him for only a bit of time. This transfers slightly into battles, as he tries to do away with the opponents as swiftly as possible, grumbling about how much effort it takes to fight and clean himself up afterward.
History: Born of parents he barely knew, Zeke lived only the first few years of his life as a normal child, albeit a poor one. According to the pirates that raised him, they were a pair of unimportant actors who had managed to stow themselves away on a small merchant ship making its was from Arca to Bessiviet. Unfortunately for them, they had the ill luck of lacking effective protection against pirates, and they were thus raided, everyone killed but Zeke. Only about four at the time, he had not quite understood what fear was, and attempted to attack the pirates. Although ineffectual, the pirates were rather entertained by the brazen nature of the young passenger, and adopted him as their own.
A pair of theater masks had been found near the body of the boy's parents, made of the traditional wood, but they had been damaged beyond repair. Thus, as a sort of apology for killing his parents, the pirates had a blacksmith create replicas of the masks from metal, which they offered to the boy as mementos. Zeke, though still rather angry at the pirates up until he was about 10, had little choice but to stick with them, unless he wanted to die as the others on the ship had. Thus, he was trained in the way of the pirates, though he did forsake the usual cutlass in battle, oddly finding it too unwieldy for him to use effectively, preferring instead to get close and punch away. Since his masks, which he carried with him everywhere, normally hampered them, one of the pirates had the bright idea to make them into weapons so that he could be a more efficient attacker. Zeke also began training with throwing knives, since the pirates could not find a gun suitable for his smaller frame.
Before that, at the age of nine, Zeke had seen some pirates practicing their magic to help the ship. Curious, he asked for someone to teach him, which one pirate did. Initially, Zeke had been excited to learn, though as time wore on and he discovered the amount of effort it would take, compounded with the effort of helping around on the ship, he eventually gave up on learning, taking the time to train himself in a few glyphs until he had perfected them and could used them quickly in battle.
At the age of 10, the life of piracy had been so ingrained into Zeke that he barely resented his fellow shipmates for their actions back at the merchant ship. He had yet to participate in fights, seeing as he would be more harm than help at his young age, and only participated in his first battle at age 15, after which the decisions and alterations of two paragraphs ago occurred. By this time, he had learned that the faster he did something, without letting quality drop, the more time he would have for himself to do nothing. Thus, he trained himself to work as efficiently at a task as possible, whether it be cleaning a floor or killing a man.
When he was 21, the crew got into a fight far too difficult for them against a military ship that had been protecting a supply ship. Much of the crew was killed, leaving Zeke and a few others along to make their way back somewhere safe. The captain had died during the battle, and without anyone else good enough to take over a ship that they did not have, the crew dispersed. Using the connections he had gained while a pirate and the small bit of gold he had saved, Zeke managed to outfit himself a small boat that could be easily handled by one person.
These days, he drifts around on the boat, stopping on continents occasionally to do the odd job for gold and silver, occasionally hiring himself out as a hunter, though he does his best to avoid that kind of work. He does a rather good job of avoiding the military by his constant movement and his skills at battle and running away.
Magical skills: An ice user at the Seer level, Zeke mainly uses his magic to form paths of ice for himself or his knives (See Combat style). When making the paths for himself, he forms a small piece of the path right before him just as he is about to get off the bit of ice he already is on, and skates along on his boots. This allows him to move more swiftly, giving him momentum for stronger strikes or better escaping, as sufficient practice has made him better able to maneuver on ice than on solid ground, even to the point that he can ride along steep slopes for a small measure of time. The same path making applies when he uses it for his knives, though he forms two walls along the bladed edges instead of one on the ground.
Zeke has also practiced freezing a bit of the air around his hands, so that he can help with reducing the pain of injuries and calm swelling.
Combat style: At the start of a battle, Zeke attempts to locate himself as high as possible and starts sniping with his throwing knives, using his magic to guide them and provide enough force so that he can injure the opponents sufficiently. If this does not prove to be enough, he will begin to form his ice paths and maneuver himself to attack the enemies with his masks, using them to slice at the opponent as he skates by, rushing up to them for some very close-combat, or slamming them and knocking them down with the actual face part. He may also, on occasion, use the blades on his boots as a weapon, though they do not stick out far enough to be particularly effective, usually only leaving small nicks on the body of the victim.
His ice magic is not very effective for fighting under than helping to speed himself up, though he can cause an ice path in front of people running at him to trip them up.

So with that being said, could you send me some info on the Royal Family and the President of P.T.M.A? I think I'll have a character be one of the two. Also, could a character be like a child of the real president so it would be like controlling the P.T.M.A by proxy/NPC's?

@Isenet: A few notes I felt I should make while reading your bio:
Theatre masks, huh? (Ha, TV Tropes trumps That Other Wiki.)
Also, if only because I was just reading about this the other day, I feel I should point out that pale blue eyes are much more common than red eyes in human albinism (red is more often found in small animals).
I misread the line about his hair at first, and thought - wow, hardcore emo - when I read "he uses his masks to cut himself," missing that very important 'it.'
Using the masks to display emotions more clearly than his facial expressions usually allow - I'm reminded of Yin from Darker than Black, using her fingers to make herself smile (though with a guy, it's still interesting, but not nearly as moe  ).

Well, blast...Let's all pretend it says hauntingly dark blue eyes and not pale ones instead of red ones...=( So good of me to pick exactly the color I was trying to avoid, the one time I did not do (what little) research...>_>

I really have no idea what caused Zeke's inability to conduct facial expressions, honestly...I was trying to think of something, and the best I could think of was an accident with a jellyfish, but I thought that might be a bit much...especially without research...<_<...

Anyway, I don't believe so Toku so feel free to join. I'll PM you the info when I get back from college today but be warned, taking up a Royal Family is very...unique...(Can't say becauise it's deeply plot-linked).
Er...anyway, yeah you can indirectly control the P.T.M.A President with an NPC I suppose with a main character related to them.

Compare Frozen Face, and The Unsmile for how such characters do smile. (, Yin is actually mentioned in both. I picked a good example, I guess).

I can't believe I missed that, why is 6'0 such a popular height? In fact, both Arlen and Ethan are the same height and age

Anyway since the beginning I *have* been keeping my eye on this RP but I'm hesitate to join because I *know* after a few weeks I'm going to be busy. So I don't know if I should make my character now, and delay my character's entrance until I have free time (end of Nov), or just sign up and participate anyway and try to keep up when Nov hits. >_>
Either way I'll just work on one character (2 would be overkill) profile for the next few days and think about it. Whatever you think Nero. ^^;
