Yeah, I could swear that someone linked to it or something.. Or maybe I ran across it randomly one time.. Oh well. I just know that I saw it before for sure.

I did indeed cap PSU!Kratos yesterday! X3 All classes that can resemble his fighting style are capped (Except Protransor, which I actually forgot existed) along with his normal level-- PSU!Kratos is now among the would-be-elite-if-it-weren't-a-cheap-event level 150's!
I actually find playing as him without any friends around to be boring, since it's not like he talks a lot. I like talking a lot in MMOs, so it's very frustrating when I can't say what I want because Kratos wouldn't start talking at all.. Sad part is that my friends really aren't around much, either, so it's even more boring.
But now I'm onto casually playing it as PSU!Colette, who is reminding me how made of fail Wartecher is.

I'll be out of playing games for a day or so-- my hands hurt way too much after all that grinding.

Oh hey, I just remembered because of the contest.. there was a contest at the Mithos fanclub that I entered into. I had two submissions for it, one of which I deemed a masterpiece and the other a piece of crap. The "masterpiece" got shot down pretty easily while the piece of crap made the voting go on for sooo long. >.< That was so frustrating.

I notice that I'm mainly naming things from Metal Gear.. Which reminds me of that one picture someone drew of Kratos dressed like Liquid. .... That was a fun day. *nodnodnod*
Anyway, I just pictured Kratos clutching an empty magazine and punching someone with that hand. Except it looked ten times better in my head.

I understand that too. I have a Kratos cosplay on Gaia and I try to never be out of character. And then I go back onto my account. xD

Liquid & Kratos have the same English VA. :3~ But I'm certain you know that already! I needa see that image. xDD Sad, though. Never played the MGS games m'self. Tried, failed.

Like in the manga when Kratos makes Lloyd drop his sword so instead he punches him in the face. Ugh, so good. xD He's like TCH.

I actually had a large speculation of the materials of Kratos' outfit, since I aspire to make costumes one day-- and I want my masterpiece to be Kratos' Mercenary outfit since there is absolutely NONE that don't look ******, and I blame the materials. So I want to set aside a LOT of money one day to buy all the materials I deem closest to what his outfit looks like, and it already sounds uber expensive.
Because of the cost, I'm going to find myself a model for it instead of making it for myself. I want the most accurate recreation as possible.
Ah, but that's just another dream of mine, except it may actually be possible unlike my others.

Yes, I know. XD It's actually why I started playing them, but.. I didn't have a PS1 memory card and I got the Essentials Collection, so I couldn't even play the first one, I.E. the ONLY REAL ONE HE'S IN. So I ended up playing the second one... and I like the series for itself now. Hahahah, naked cartwheels are fun.
But.. D: You're not good at it? Oh dear~ You may want to try the GC version, Twin Snakes. I hear it's a lot easier than the original PS1 version. (Though I, having heard the cutscenes from both, can say that the acting quality is MUCH better in the original.)
Anyway, I haven't actually played the first one and am waiting for March to do so, since I'll be recording a "Let's Play ___" video of it and I kind of need my voice to do that.

btw, here's the Liquid Kratos picture. It tickles me. Sheena's in it 'cause her voice actress voiced in it, too. Though I don't see why Mana isn't dressed up like Mei Ling, then.

I always liked the "badass disarmed" moves of both sides.
Side one, the disarmer: Well, they make a neato cool slash. It's badass, especially when the disarmed is scared stiff after that and too wussy to do much else as the disarmer strikes their pose. (and NOT holding their sword at their throat)
Side two, the disarmed: Instead of freaking out, RIGHT HOOK. The expression given is priceless. Especially if the disarmer is knocked over by it.

Welcome, Noirua! :) (Love your avatar, by the way. It’s always fun to watch Kratos being cocky! XD)

Ah, right, the contest… I’ve been so distracted the last few days while the Tales Brigade was closing. ^^; But I think I’ve decided on a request. Kyasarin, could you do something oyako-themed with Kratos and Lloyd? It doesn’t have to be anything fancy; just something cute and family-ish. Like, maybe them holding hands, or Kratos with his hand on Lloyd’s shoulder, or ruffling his hair, or something like that. I’ll leave the exact poses and such up to you since I’m not sure what is possible and what isn’t with the Symphonia engine. And don’t worry about a background, the desert looks just fine. :)

On topic: I’m so used to seeing Kratos with a sword, it’s hard to picture him with anything else. I could imagine him wielding a lance. But a gun? Hm, no. In fact, there are very few Tales characters I think would look good with one. (Although, my second favorite Tales character in her adult form would look amazing with a giant gun over one shoulder… and sunglasses + black trench coat. :3 )

It's kind of ironic, since Kratos sometimes says "Don't get cocky!" in battle. o_o Ah, but the way he does it is so subtle..

That request has inspired a string of fatherson moments that I now wish to set up. Thank you very much, I will now try as hard as possible to coordinate these pictures D: *creative juices flowing again*

Exactly why I initially said either the gun he'd look most badass with or the gun he'd look most ridiculous with. But you've gotta admit, Liquid Kratos looks overly badass with a gun. *bloody tissue*

Come to think of it, a lot of cosplaying!Kratos looks pretty cool. o_o Kratos just looks good in any outfit. Really, I've got quite a few fanarts of Kratos in different clothing. He even made the joke ones look good >_> uwaa.. *second bloody tissue*

Also, my site won't be updated for an undetermined amount of time. There's a problem with the FTP host, so I can't connect to update. Fid, the only one who could fix it, moved to California right as the issue surfaced and is pennyless. :X So it's a waiting game for him to get stable and get some money.

Yes, it’s funny that he says that, but then acts so cocky himself. Maybe that’s his way of telling Lloyd, “do as I say, not as I do”? XD Or maybe he’s telling the enemy not to get cocky?

I know what you mean; Kratos looks great in almost anything. I especially like the pictures of him in a business suit. Oh, and that casual, navy, long-sleeved shirt and black pants he had on in the manga (the colored picture with him and Lloyd stargazing).

In fact, I bet he’d even look good wearing his own T-shirt. *giggles* (I can’t wait until LaLaBit Market actually prints that… XD)

I played MGS: The Twin Snakes and it's hard to believe that Liquid and Kratos are voiced by the same person @.@ Well I guess not -THAT- hard to tell, but it's amazing how much of a range Clarke has <3

I think the reason most people look weird in suits is because they move around a lot in them… a suit can look okay until the person raises their arms and then the shoulder pads bunch up and look funny. XD

I’ve noticed that too; most Tales characters do look really good in modern clothing. Namco should consider doing promotional art of the Tales characters wearing their LaLaBit Market T-shirts. (Leon would look good in his, I think. And Yuri too…)

Oh, you know what else Kratos looks good in? Glasses. Now I wish Symphonia had an attachment system like Vesperia, so I could have him in glasses during the whole game…

On the subject of his posture, I don’t think Kratos can be blamed for that, given what he is. That levitating ability all angels seem to have, coupled with the extra strength in his body structure probably make him feel different than a normal human. I doubt a bad posture would effect him in any way. He probably wouldn’t even notice.

Aw, hope you get better soon. ): I just got over a cold/cough. It was no fun…

True, true.. casual clothing and battle attire usually don't look weird no matter how you move since.. well, they're made just for that kind of stuff. I wonder why certain people can make the most boring business suit look cool, then. Maybe it's to do with their body type-- I don't see many business men with "good" bodies... they usually have a little chub on them, which is never attractive in a suit. Ah, that must be it! The artists who draw characters in suits like that usually make them fit tighter, and they've always got good bodies. So if business men took better care of themselves and had their suits tailored to fit a bit more snug, it'd probably look a lot better!

I think that would be a wonderful idea as well! Considering how much artists get paid, it wouldn't be much of a dent in their profits to have them draw promotional pictures like that. Oh! That spawns another idea-- put the promotional picture on the shirt itself. XD And make it look all like a paradox where it goes into the shirt the character is wearing, then into that shirt, and into that shirt...

Let's see, the "Teacher Kratos" special from the OVA had him in glasses briefly... Though they don't make much sense for him, given the angelic senses deal, they are... how would 420 say it.. very aesthetically charming. xDD Let's see if I have any fanarts of Kratos with glasses...
Ah, yes, I do! I have a comic where he has reading glasses on, and.. well, they drew him rather.. feminine. x_x And.. and.. is he dressed like Captain Hook here... This weird snorkle don't count... Ugh, I don't have the energy to look fruther... (That much was over 600 files to begin with..)

I dunno, it was just an observation that he slouches like he has back problems. (I found myself slouching like that after those days of doing nothing but grinding on PSU.. Videogames hurt your back!)

Maybe it's just my cold, but I suddenly thought of a drama.. What if... Lloyd had.. a completely identical twin!? That no one, even Kratos knew about?! Then Kratos makes the scene and... WHAT HAPPENED?!
Definitely my ill mind.. That would be impossible to even write for! Hehe.

You know, a lot of Tales voice actors have been in the .hack// series, but.. the one that I haven't seen anywhere yet is Kratos! I know there's several others that haven't been in that, but. Hehe. It's just kind of weird hearing certain ones over and over in the series, yet some aren't around. Ah, but there's still one game left! I wonder if any other Tales voices that weren't there before will be hired? Hmhm~... In fact, thinking about that.. I wonder if Brianne Siddall will return for Tsukasa and Elk..! Hahahah...
