I searched for "favicon" and didn't find anything, so
tales forum is big enough to warrant a favicon, innit? I dunno what the image would be, but the forum can do better than a white piece of paper with a fold in the corner in its tabs and bookmarks |

Does it really matter? I don't even pay attention to the favicon 95% of the time anyways. Even if it does matter, I doubt the mods and admins would be able to install one for the forums.

Actually I really doubt that the forum is big enough, unless we're secretly popular on the internet or something.

no, it doesn't "really matter," but if they can install one, why not?
I use favicons to navigate my bookmark bar quickly, they're not just ornamental |

It would probably only be something as exciting as a T or something, probably blue in a fantasy font.
I could probably live without it, unless we actually had some good ideas.

I've seen a couple of minature forums smaller than ours that has one.

to be honest I find it easier to navigate by scanning the first few letters of whatever it is

We're pretty big, but pretty obscure as a forum. (Thank God, I'd rather the place wasn't overrun with n00bs, like Gaia and GameFAQs are/can be (respectively).)
Also, the administrator only has admin panel access to PHPBB, no server/virtual server access, so uploading files is impossible.
