How would that work when he goes into his battle persona? For example going from Ion to Ichigo would have sounded really weird. 
Vayne from Mana Khemia was in a similar position as Emil and he had only one VA as well (that being Liam O'Brien btw).

His battle persona voice could still be JYB and just have two different voices, no? I mean aren't they suppose to be different? So just make them good different. :/
But yeah, having a female do his in-battle voice wouldn't work. He would still sound too shota in battle. Or maybe JYB could have not sounded so rape-able.
I have no idea who Ichigo and Vayne are but did Liam O'Brien do a good job with Vayne? Usually it's harder for males to sound young, most females do the shotas so it was just an idea.

Anyway yeah O'Brien did well with Vayne, who like Emil is shy and meek out of battle but in actually sounds tough and serious, I'm sure Youtube has some videos of the English version of the game.

I'm not really big on anime and manga tbh I know there are video games of Bleach, right? So no, I seriously do not know who he is.
