Yeah, Im just closing my eyes, pretending I didn't and simutaniously trying to change the fabric of the universe to make Scott Menville say those lines and not make this game suck so hard.

I did mention those videos. And as I said, I don't mind the english cast too much.

No. He's terrible. And shouldn't even BE voice acting anyone. Until they change it, I refuse to accept HIM as Lloyd. I don't even want Scott back, I just want a decent voice actor for my favorite tales character. That is all. I will cease to stop harping on about it unless it happens,(Skip my posts if it makes you feel better about it) Raine's replacement, is fine, she sounds midway like the original, and she can act, that is all I ask from a decent replacement.
I don't know what tone deaf voice director they have at Namco but jeeez. Either Brian Beacock is the head of Namco's illigitamate offspring, or he's married to the sound director, because I wouldn't hire him to read fairy tales to small children on public access television. |

I actually like the new voices they picked & I'm a HUGE fan of Symphonia & I did like the old cast! I'll still miss Scott thoughT_T
Besides, if you guys don't like it that much, just freakin turn off the voices & have none & imagine the old voices for god's sake>_>
I'm so sick of all the constant arguing over the new voices, it could've been ALOT worse>_>

Raine sounds fine, and from what I've heard all the new character's dub voices fit them perfectly. Lloyd's voice does bug me, they could've found someone better. But what do you expect? He voiced Lloyd in TOW:RM and SCL, so of course he's going to come back for TOS2.
At least this should quell your Robin!Lloyd obsession, Charli.

Agreed. Though, I think Lloyd's new voice sounds like the Japanese version, which is kind of cool, I guess.
I'm just tired of people complaining about how Scott Menville isn't in it. Overall, I liked both voice actors.

It was Lake Sinoa in the English ToS. Chnoir Lake or however it was spelled was the Japanese name.
I don't mind Beacock too badly. He's half-decent as a VA but he doesn't work for Lloyd imo. |

This lake was never mentioned in the first ToS, was it? If not, I find the change from Chnoir to Sinoa pretty darned unnecessary.
