Well, along with the new banner will be a ToV and ToS2 board, these are the two games coming to NA, it helps attract attention "what are the next tales games!" also, I'm sure Namco would rather focus on upcoming games, rather then old ones.
What I said was from a marketing perspective.
From a design perspective, it'd just be plain ugly. =P |

Once Lunar finds out about the talesrpg.com URL (i.e., how we link to it), and I get the final banner from Lunar (he's going to do some touch-ups on it), I'll start coding it.
When it's put up after that, likely is up to Namdai. |

Um.
Why not just upload it to the PHPBB themes directory as talesbanner.jpg like the last few times? (Obv, that'd be a Namco tech that'd have to do that.) Or let them insert it in — I dare say it's not difficult.
I don't think I understand the problem. <.<

I'm waiting for a response on how they want the top linked. We don't know whether we'll be getting a tales.namco.com/vesperia and a tales.namco.com/dawn to link separately or a new Tales Channel-esque site with the new TalesRPG.com site that hasn't come online yet. I'm waiting to see how they want us to map the upper links.
