I'm acitve everyday in many fanclubs, so I can take the job. Just tell me what I'd had to do and I'll do this. ^^
Okay, so as I'm going take role of president for some time....It's and update page for now. The real one is on the first page. ^^ For now, I'll post member list.

Awesome! I've seen you a lot around here, so I believe you.
Now, basicly what you do is put down any updates and info the club will need to know, and of course to make my job easier for when I return, and I will someday. Oh, and I'll put a link on your next post as the update page util I return. Update as oftain as you need to.
Here are the highlights:
*New members
*Donated banners/avis and pictures
*Links to other donated things, like writing and anime/AMVs
*Contests, announcements, ect...
Of course you can add your own flair to make it look interesting. And as the replacement president, it'll also be your job to come up with new topics if the club begins to die, and of course making sure people stay on topic and follow the rules.
It sounds like a lot, but it's really very simple, I know you'll do well and make me proud. 
If you have any questions, then ask away. But remember, I only have untill tomorrow, so ask your questions now while you can. Now in the meantime, I'll go fix up the main page. I wish you luck Ray, and thank you so much. ^^

Well, it's okay if you want to name yourself Vice President, or even the replacement President if you want, so people will know to refer to you for questions instead of me. Hehe

Yes, you're right, and after all, that's basicly all a VP is right?
A replacement for the president, should something ever happen. Of course in fanclubs, they're treated more as assistants to the president, consultants, if you will.

Hmm, I don't know. I hope to be back within the month, but...I have a feeling it'll be quite a few months beofre I return... 
But hey, I'm cool with it. I need the break anyway. And beside, with you taking care of the fanclub, Tas and Blade replacing my role in their series, and my TotF project data already being invalid, I'm perfectly okay with leaving...everything has been taken care of. ^^
Oh, and you might want to update your page accordingly, I made some changes.
EDIT: Hey Vice President, we're getting off subject. Would you like to pick a topic, or should I? Hehe

Actually, I was thinking of Isenet for your replacement, should something happen. But I hope it won't come to that...it'll be too confusing.
It's okay if you have to leave for a few days, even a few weeks. After all, it's not the the club is a tender flower which requires your full attention. just make sure to update when you come back and I'll be cool with it.
The only reason I'm having you take over is because I'm not sure when I'll come back. It may be a few weeks, a few months, or even a few years, I just don't know... 
New Subject: Let's talk about one of the most over looked things in ToP, the "Let's Go Arche!" mini game. What do you think of it?
