This is in the wrong section, if should go on the Abyss Members Helping Members, which is below this one. For the Stripped Ribbon you have to buy it from a seller in Chesedonia, however you can only buy it after you clear the Radiation Gate (I think, if not the Absorption Gate). Good Luck!
