I prefer calling her "Regret"; as for the title, I honestly don't know. XD

Was anyone else hoping to see (SPOILERS) Tear finally succeeding in throwing a knife square in Regret's forehead? >.> Don't get me wrong, I love Regret and everything, but if she's gonna die, might as well take her out like a badass. >.>

But hey, we saw Natalia stab her father in the back with an arrow, and even Asch become a pincushion. I'm sure they could have put this in too XD

But I mean, think about it, Regret was always telling Tear how she was too slow, so to finally hit her with a knife would be putting closure to that, you know?

Actually, I was kinda hoping that would happen for the "closure" you mentioned.

And since I'm here, I would like to take this time to talk about my two complaints about Legretta (no worries, I'm not attacking her =P): accuracy. Does she ever hit ANYTHING? She always told Tear that she was too slow, and yet Legretta can't even aim!

Considering that Legretta is Tear's teacher, any bad aim or slow throws would be Legretta's fault, because she is the bad teacher who taught Tear how to fight.

Yeah, the other complaint is the lack of general knowledge about her. I would've liked to know a lot more about why she became a god general.

Well, all the times she missed, she really seemed like she was just trying to get the party's attention. She seemed accurate enough in battle.

And Legretta did say to Tear that she was throwing too slowly. I mean, sometimes there's something a student just can't get over. Believe me, I had a teacher work with me for forever on something, and I never got it. He gave up.

If she can hit in battle, then why are you supposed to beat her up? And why doesn't anyone have bullet wounds? Razz

So she beats you in battle, and you have to start over. Doesn't that tell you something?

Of course, to be completely honest, I just think that Tear didn't want to hit Legretta. I'm sure that she CAN throw faster, as she did at Van at the end if you see the Tear version. Of course, she only hit his arm, but still... However, you'd think that Legretta's training would and influence would...rub off eventually.

That's mainly why I want to know what kinds of guns she uses; I know it's definitely not regular guns with regular bullets (what Riza uses).

I never really thought of that to be honest, how Tear probably didn't want to hit her in secret. But yeah, I think Regret's aim was good enough; the time when she was "shooting" at the party (when the God-Generals ambushed the Tartarus) was more of a warning than anything else.

I wish someone could upload the Tear/Regret training scenes in Japanese; in those scenes, you can clearly tell that Tear is a LOT younger than she is in the game, I think it was also a subtle way of showing how much Regret had an impact on Tear.

Regrets guns are bullets from the planet storm's energy or something. So thats why she deosnt run out of guns.

I love Regret, she's my favorite God-General. And my favorite villain in TotA.

She needed more backstory. All we really learned about her was that Van killed her brother and that she was in love with Van.

On another note, you guys know how Regret has two "kinds" of official art (her concept sketch), right? I posted both of them in the first post. Which one do you guys prefer? I actually like her first one better...the colors don't have too much contrast compared to the second one.

I like the first one better, too. The bright colours are nice-looking, but the duller feel I think works better for Legretta. (Not her personality, the colour! ^^)
