Extra characters.

(Since I see this mentioned in a few threads here- mostly by me and Shaflafaiyh- I figured I might as well make a thread for it.)

If Namdai was to add in extra characters for the American release, who do you want to be in?

Keep in mind that if they do, the characters would likely be from Symphonia, Legendia and or Abyss because of their recent releases.

As said before in other threads, I'd like to see the Laughter Brigade from Legendia, Norma and Grune. Radiant Mythology is severly lacking in mages, so we could do with some more. Their appearance can be easily explained too- Norma's looking for Gald, and Grune is just tagging along.

Also, I'd like to see Zelos in a situation where you have to choose betweem him and Kratos.

As for Abyss characters, I expect more of them if only because they should be easiest to add in (same styled models with lower poly counts). Maybe Jade?

Philla and Woodrow should be added in just so we have the 5 Swordians.

I want Grune, this game really needs more mages and Grune is such a great character. Norma would be great, too, because of her cheerfulness, and we could use a third healer (Kratos doesn't count). I think the only problem with adding those characters is because they don't have melee techs in Legendia.

I think there already are enough characters from Symphonia.

From Abyss I would want to see Jade, again lack of mages.

There's tons of Symphonia characters, yeah, but I assume that Namco will really be pushing the inclusion of them for marketting the game in America.

And Zelos > all other Symphonia characters :(

Symphonia - I'd want to see Zelos, maybe Presea.

Abyss - Guy ftw.

Legendia - Chloe, probably because I'm dying to play as her character in the game.

Eternia - It would be fun to see Keele. Besides, Eternia needs more <3

I want at least one Destiny 2 character to be playable.
We also need another Legendia and another Eternia character in there.
Chloe or Moses would make a great addition for Legendia's cast. And Keele or Meredy for Eternia's.

Guys, don't get me wrong- Chloe and Guy are great characters. But considering the large amount of sword users in the game, we definitely need more mages.

I agree with the others. I think we need more basic mages at least. We have Genis and Arche. For healers we have Raine, Tear and Rutee.

I'll have to skip on limiting, and say...

Make Philia playable.
Keele or Meredy. I think either one is fine.
Make Harold playable. Or add Reala for some reason.
Mao or Hilda. Mao may be more interesting though.
These are tough. I'd kill my self by saying Shirley, but she seems the most able to be there story wise. Otherwise... Grune, cause she seems more like a light/ dark mage, while the other two are elemental.
Jade.

For healers...

Possibly throw in Mint.
Make Annie playable. Since I question the circles in the Abyss system, give her basic healing spells, and maybe throw in the extra level spells.

Hmmm ... Wouldn't it be really hard to implement new characters aside from the ones that're already in the game? It's not just because they'd need to create new battle animation either. I mean, they'd probably have to add new skits and whatnot as well if they wanted the additions to have any role at all. And honestly, as awesome as they might be, what's the point of Grune or Norma without dialogue?
