Is there an underworld in ToA like in ToS? IF there is, what is the boss and does someone have a video fighting the guy?

Well, the game's title isn't totally arbitrary... :p No, it doesn't have Hell as an optional dungeon. Yes, it does have optional dungeons and bosses.
