I have been seeing some videos and Luke is wearing some kind of green samurai suit....How do I get it?

It's the closes thing to samurai and sortof green >>;;
You get from beating Nebilim and doing some other stuff >>;

Uh his face changes if you do the same thing on your second+playthroughs...

The Tactical Leader costume does have green for the upper body...

It looked blue-green to me. XD
Beat Nebilim and then:
- Speak to Peony (Grankokma)
- Speak to Tritheim (Dart)
- Talk to Pear (Bachicul)
In that order.
